Job summary

JLL’s Knoxville-based Mobile Engineer role involves hands-on maintenance and repair across HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems at multiple properties. The position includes travel between sites, using CMMS to manage work orders and document repairs, and delivering high-quality service to clients and occupants.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, universal CFC certification, and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair or equivalent military HVAC experience.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and maintenance management; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, motors, air handlers, controls, lighting, and related equipment.
• Complete routine building maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, grounds and interior repair work.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and operational performance.
• Use CMMS and handheld tech to manage work orders and document repairs; travel between sites as needed.
• Collaborate with team, contractors, clients and occupants to ensure high service levels.
