Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Experience with building automation systems and CMMS.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across properties.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements; document activities.
• Coordinate work orders and communicate status to facility managers across sites.
