Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience preferred
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC mechanical and electrical equipment across facilities.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and modify/repair HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Complete maintenance and repair records as required.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share HVAC knowledge and coach others within the team.
