Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to service multiple commercial sites, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in a CMMS. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include inspections, diagnosing failures, performing repairs, and maintaining thorough maintenance records. A valid driver's license and CMMS experience are required, with EPA Universal certification strongly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required, and EPA Universal is highly preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams, and experience with a CMMS.
• Advanced math skills, capable of computing mildly complex figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per guidelines, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine actions for modifications; operate, maintain and repair HVAC and related systems.
• Perform repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance; maintain maintenance/repair records.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work.
• Apply standard principles to address non-routine problems.
