US Oncology Inc. is seeking a reliable Scheduler to join our team serving Arlington, Dallas and Irving locations.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekends or holidays, and offers opportunities across the Texas Oncology network. The Scheduler will manage patient appointments, coordinate referrals, and act as a liaison between patients and the clinical staff, ensuring timely communication and accuracy while protecting patient confidentiality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, and/or authorization experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and tests efficiently and timely.
• Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Serve as liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Handle outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with compliance standards.
• Assist with front office tasks as requested.
