ReFocus Eye Health is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to direct daily clinical operations and drive strategic growth across multiple regional locations. This leadership role bridges clinical staff, executive leadership, and multi-site providers to deliver premier patient care.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing facilities and EMR, developing budgets, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of direct healthcare operations or multi-site leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based business applications and EMR software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day administrative and clinical workflows across multiple sites to maximize efficiency and patient throughput.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment procurement, and EMR usability and reliability.
• Lead culture and personnel management to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Partner with executive leadership to manage budgets, revenue targets, and strategic expansion.
• Manage complex multi-site physician schedules and support strong working relationships with clinical providers.
• Coordinate with HR, Billing/Revenue Cycle, and Marketing to align organizational processes.
