ReFocus Eye Health seeks an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multi-site ophthalmology practices in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this leader will drive administrative management, financial performance, and clinical efficiency across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in medical practice management or healthcare practice operations.
• Must reside locally in Delaware, Maryland, or Virginia with frequent travel between sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day admin and clinical operations across ophthalmology locations in DE, MD, and VA.
• Partner with SVP of Operations to standardize policies, workflows, and best practices region-wide.
• Monitor KPIs, patient flow, and throughput to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Lead multi-specialty alignment of operations across optical, surgical, and general ophthalmology practices.
