Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations across multiple sites in the region. You will oversee staff, patient experience, and financial performance, while ensuring compliance with clinical standards and HIPAA policies.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence to optimize schedules, workflows, and provider coverage across clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare/clinical ops.
• Experience mentoring supervisors, leads or managers is required.
• Experience with EHR/EPM systems and clinic scheduling/ops platforms is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, staff performance, patient experience, and financial health across sites.
• Lead daily workflows, scheduling optimization, and documentation standards.
• Coach and develop Assistant Practice Managers; ensure consistency across locations.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with HIPAA and safety policies.
