Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of multiple properties located in the United States. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and daily on-site work.

Regular attendance and safety compliance are required. The position emphasizes customer and resident relations, timely service, and adherence to OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Assist in the daily clean up of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
