Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, along with make-ready activities under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Essential duties include responding to resident requests, performing unit and common-area repairs, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance across the property.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in make-ready process and unit inspections as requested.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage for the community.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and preventive maintenance activities.
