Job summary

• Previous maintenance experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing defects.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing inspections and scheduling required repairs.
• Maintains inventory by tracking materials, returning unused items, and informing supervision when reordering is needed.
• Documents work performed accurately to ensure proper tracking of service requests.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep and adheres to safety policies.
