Job summary

Asset Living in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across the community. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision and includes make-ready duties.

Regular on-site attendance is required. Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, coordinating repairs, pool and grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend community maintenance tasks daily and respond to work orders.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and scheduling.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and inventory, following safety standards.
