Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II to operate independently across multiple trades and support properties with service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns. You will help maintain high operational standards and complete inspections across sites in Oregon.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and safety procedures.
• Keep personal tool inventory and complete safety training.
