The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, intermediate multi-trade skills, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
