Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II to operate across multiple properties. You will complete service requests, make-ready turns, and perform preventative maintenance to uphold high operational standards.

Qualifications include 2+ years of maintenance experience, cross-trade skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance knowledge. High school diploma or GED required, EPA/CPO certifications preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-readies.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and diagnostics equipment.
• Maintain personal tool inventory and complete safety training.
• Support Technician I team members as needed.
