Trinity Property Consultants in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II to operate independently across multiple trades, completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while upholding high operational standards across our properties.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, broad trade skills, and EPA/CPO/HVAC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain personal tool inventory.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
