Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties in Salt Lake City. You will diagnose defects, perform preventive maintenance, complete work orders, and help keep grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must have certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Follows procedures for obtaining materials and tracks inventory usage.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible and using tools efficiently.
