Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to help maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role supports grounds, common areas, and amenities, performing routine repairs and inspections as needed.

The position requires the ability to work inside and outside in all weather, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license where applicable. Onsite housing discounts and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance on buildings and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues from resident requests and preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance while diagnosing defects or problems.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by completing pre-move-in inspections and coordinating repairs.
• Tracks inventory and uses tools correctly, returning items to the proper location.
