Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Palms at Morada. This on-site role serves the 2017 and 2021 garden-style communities.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with possible additional hours; relocation must be completed before start and you must live within 30 miles of the property. You will handle unit turns, grounds, safety, and inventory; provide resident service with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.
• Experience with unit turns, inventory tracking, and resident service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for rent (rent-ready).
• Maintain grounds, dumpsters, and storage areas daily.
• Paint and clean to ensure timely turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and pathways are clear.
• On-call for emergencies and snow removal.
• Adhere to safety requirements and company policies.
