Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily properties in Florida. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and help prepare vacant units for move-in.

You will work closely with a Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks and maintain high resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1 year of maintenance experience, own hand tools, and live within 30 minutes of the community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance/repair experience preferred in multifamily or related industry.
• EPA Type I, II, or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, carpentry, pools, appliances, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive resident satisfaction by responding to and completing work orders in a timely, quality manner.
• Perform work to keep common areas clean, safe, and attractive (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.
