Qualifications

• 3+ years’ maintenance experience in multifamily or hotel environments.
• Experience in unit turns from start to finish.
• Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Own basic hand tools; company provides power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units rent ready and cleaned for turnover.
• Follow safety rules and use chemicals/equipment properly.
• Maintain grounds, storage and dumpster areas daily to keep curb appeal.
• Paint and clean to support timely unit turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and entryways, walkways, and driveways are debris-free.
• Ensure equipment is serviced regularly for safe operation.
• Be on-call for emergencies or snow removal as needed.
• Enforce company policies per Operations Manual.
