Job summary

American Property Management seeks a maintenance professional to support Briarstone and Bellamonte communities. Perform general maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs; prepare units to be rent-ready; maintain exteriors, doors, windows, and conduct preventive tasks; manage grounds, mowing, trimming, and keep areas clean.

Must live within 30 miles and enjoy outdoor work.

Qualifications

1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance.
Experience and willingness to work outdoors.
Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required.
Driver's license is required.
CPO certification preferred.
High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and prepare units to beRent ready with repairs, painting, and cleaning.
Maintain building exteriors, doors, windows, and perform preventive maintenance.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment to evaluate work quality.
Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor common areas by mowing, trimming, and ensuring walkways, driveways, and entryways are clear of debris.
Keep grounds, work/storage areas, and dumpster areas clean and organized daily to meet company standards.
