Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations, including service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff supervision. You will partner with the Community Manager to guide vendors and ensure property safety and quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, inventory management, OSHA compliance, and on-call support. Strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and upkeep.
• Manage maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety training and compliance.
