Job summary

Sunrise Management is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor for Elan - Solana Pointe, Sandpiper Del Mar and Sandpiper Del Mar Solana Beach in Solana Beach, CA. The role covers all phases of property maintenance for a multi-family property, including preventative, corrective, and emergency tasks.

The position requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license for travel between sites, and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing required for multi-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance including preventative and emergency maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments within 3–5 days after turnover.
• Maintain inventory control of tools and supplies and enforce PPE usage.
• Assist in move-in/move-out inspections and respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance programs for lighting, safety, and facilities.
