Qualifications

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of all phases of physical maintenance.
• Direct all aspects of property maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments quickly after turnover.
• Perform preventative maintenance functions.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
