Job summary

First Realty Management is seeking a full-time, self-motivated maintenance professional to support three properties in the Quincy/Braintree area. The role requires travel between sites using your own vehicle and responding promptly to emergencies and daily maintenance tasks.

You will manage repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, supervise vendors, and coordinate with site staff to maintain resident relations and site operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Respond to site emergencies and on-site issues at multiple properties.
• Coordinate with the manager on contracts and oversee contractor activities.
• Perform or supervise preventative maintenance and routine service work orders.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure site cleanliness and proper appearance daily.
