Salons by JC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for a full-time on-call role across five Nashville-area salon-suite locations. The role focuses on upkeep, safety, and appearance of facilities, with routine inspections, repairs, and vendor coordination.

You will execute preventive maintenance, address maintenance requests promptly, and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and salon equipment within scope, while supporting cleanliness and safety standards nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in equipment maintenance and repair for facility systems and salon equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and routine servicing to reduce downtime.
• Ability to diagnose issues using troubleshooting skills and implement practical solutions.
• General knowledge of building systems (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and safe use of hand/power tools.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills for multiple requests.
• Effective communication and a service-oriented mindset with professionals and staff.
• On-site work ability, standing/moving for extended periods, and light-to-moderate physical tasks.
• Availability for on-call and overtime hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous facility maintenance or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
