Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of properties in Fall Branch, TN. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will participate in make-ready tasks, assist in scheduling repairs, maintain logs, and ensure safety standards are followed. Strong customer service to residents is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes (corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic).
• Make-ready tasks in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety/OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory tracking and record-keeping of service requests and make-ready status.
