Job summary

Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance coordination, repairs, and overall condition for a portfolio of approximately 6-10 My Salon Suite locations. You will partner with District Managers, field management, vendors, contractors, and property management to keep locations safe and lease-ready.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, preventive maintenance coordination and repairs across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with district managers, vendors and property management.
• After-hours emergency response may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Member Service/SuiteForce tickets from initial request through completion, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for work outside routine maintenance.
• Travel between assigned locations to perform maintenance activities and complete work within deadlines.
