Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to manage day‑to‑day maintenance for a portfolio of roughly 6–10 My Salon Suite locations. You will coordinate with district managers, vendors, and property management to keep spaces safe, clean, and lease‑ready.

The role requires proactive problem solving, awareness of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and the ability to respond to after‑hours issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with salons, retail, commercial properties, or multi-tenant environments preferred.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with drywall patching and repair, painting, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from request to closeout across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with vendors, field leadership, and property management for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and safety checks within authorized scope.
• Assist with after‑hours emergencies and travel between locations as needed.
• Train and support district managers and members on basic self‑help and preventive maintenance.
