Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Propelled Brands is responsible for day-to-day maintenance, preventive maintenance coordination, repairs, and overall condition of approximately 6–10 My Salon Suite locations. You will work with District Managers, vendors, contractors, and property management to keep locations safe, clean, and lease-ready.

This role requires hands-on facilities expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel between locations, including after-hours emergencies when

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general/commercial facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with salons, retail, commercial properties, or multi-tenant environments preferred.
• Experience with drywall patching and repair, including taping and mudding.

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets from initial request through completion.
• Coordinate with District Managers, field management, and vendors on maintenance.
• Maintain organized maintenance schedule and budgets.
• Identify safety concerns and preventive maintenance opportunities.
• Support new locations and make-ready projects.
• Travel between locations to perform maintenance and assessments.
