Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day property maintenance across multiple sites, implementing sound operating and fiscal practices, managing budgets, and directing maintenance teams to deliver high-quality service for residents and partners.

The role covers trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, with vendor contract oversight and staff development to improve efficiency and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years multi-site property management experience of at least 500 units or 5+ years related industry experience.
• Proven competency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, lock repairs, and general maintenance.
• EPA Universal / Type I / Type II certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven budgeting, financial analysis, projections and expense control experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, YARDI Property management software or equivalent.
• Own basic hand and power tools; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for the highest standards of customer service to enhance resident relations and retention.
• Meet with residents to resolve concerns and train teams accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with all team members and foster an inclusive, open-door culture.
• Ensure uniform maintenance policies and inventory control across buildings and systems.
• Solicit and evaluate maintenance contracts and oversee safety training and compliance.
• Manage inventory, vehicles, shipping, receiving and recycling across sites.
• Develop teams to reduce turn times and expenses while maintaining quality.
• Analyze financial and maintenance reports and participate in annual budgeting.
