Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Oklahoma location. You will drive day-to-day operations, budget adherence, procurement, and a strong service culture, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will recruit and mentor a diverse team, oversee multiple trades, and manage contracts and capital projects up to $10,000. A proactive, communicative leader with a focus on efficiency and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in residential property management with facility maintenance focus.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven competency in 4+ trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, masonry).
• EPA certifications and licenses are a strong plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and capital projects up to $10,000.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; safety compliance focus.
• Valid driver’s license and calendar flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team at the assigned location and oversee daily tasks.
• Oversee budget, inventory control, procurement, and safety training.
• Instill customer-service focus and accountability within the team.
• Recruit, develop, and retain diverse professionals; provide feedback.
• Organize activities to maximize productivity and goal attainment.
• Develop annual maintenance budget; monitor expenditures.
• Analyze maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes.
• Manage maintenance contracts, safety programs, and supplies.
• Coordinate inventory, vehicles, and vendor relations; support capital projects.
