Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, and oversee trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. The role emphasizes safety compliance and customer-focused service across assigned properties.

You will recruit and develop a diverse team, ensure policy adherence, and drive operational excellence. A strong supervisory background and EPA-related credentials are a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in residential property management with emphasis in facility maintenance
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Proven competency in 4+ trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, masonry, and building construction
• EPA certification or licenses a strong plus
• Experience with full-cycle maintenance: preventative, predictive, planned, make-ready
• Ability to manage capital projects up to $10,000
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and expense control
• Excellent communication and leadership of diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the maintenance team at the assigned location and oversee day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance functions
• Champion Corvias culture, mission, and values; instill a customer service focus
• Lead recruitment and retention of a diverse team; communicate expectations and provide performance feedback
• Organize team activities to ensure productive operations and efficient resource allocation
• Assist in developing annual maintenance operating budget and manage expenditures
• Analyze financial and maintenance reports and recommend improvements
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and building code regulations by staff and vendors
• Solicit and evaluate maintenance contracts; oversee safety programs and procurement
• Identify opportunities for team training and development
• Manage inventory, vehicles, shipping, receiving and recycling between warehouse and neighborhoods
• Perform other duties as assigned
