Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; technical school training preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Certification in four or more trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry; OSHA/EPAtI/II awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents, responding to maintenance requests promptly.
• Plan, organize and direct maintenance personnel; manage move-ins/outs and 24/7 emergency schedule.
• Forecast expenses and manage inventory within budget guidelines.
• Train and support technicians; oversee maintenance projects and community activities.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and safety policies; solicit and evaluate vendor proposals.
