Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee physical operations, preservation, and maintenance of our residential asset. You will ensure a high-quality living environment, manage a team of technicians, and enforce safety guidelines and budgets.

Under the Facility Director, you’ll train staff, schedule work orders, and coordinate with the Community Manager to meet residents’ needs and timelines while maintaining inventory control and compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Trade certifications or licenses (HVAC/CFC, CAMT, journeyman plumbing/electrical) preferred.
• 4+ years of direct property maintenance experience; supervisory experience of 4+ people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Schedule maintenance personnel, manage work orders, and oversee move-in/move-out inspections.
