Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Multi-site Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage budgets, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.

This leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on support, emphasizing safety, compliance, and quality. The role supports career advancement within a growing portfolio of 110+ assets across 30 states.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional presentation and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage maintenance staff.
• Plan, assign, and review daily/weekly work schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training for maintenance staff.
• Manage annual maintenance budget, expenditures, and vendor relations.
• Oversee large-scale repairs, bidding, and quality control.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance activities.
• Hands-on repairs to address urgent needs when required.
