Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC in Fort Sill, OK seeks a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership for day-to-day maintenance operations, oversee budgets, procurement, and the development of maintenance teams, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service.

You will manage trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and will guide staff and vendors, monitor compliance with codes, and drive continuous improvement through training and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 7+ years in residential property management with maintenance focus.
• 2+ years in supervisory role leading teams.
• Skilled in 4+ trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC); EPA/OSHA a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the maintenance team at the location and oversee daily maintenance.
• Oversee budget oversight, inventory control, procurement, and safety training.
• Instill customer service and accountability within the team.
• Recruit and retain diverse team; set clear expectations and provide feedback.
• Organize activities to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
• Develop annual maintenance budget and manage expenditures.
• Analyze financial and maintenance reports and implement improvements.
• Ensure policies for building systems and compliance with codes.
• Solicit and evaluate maintenance contract proposals and manage safety programs.
• Maintain inventory, staff, vehicles, and equipment between warehouse and neighborhoods.
• Participate in leadership development courses.
• Other duties as assigned.
