Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two or more communities and lead the maintenance team. You will manage repairs, the make-ready process, and preventative maintenance to ensure outstanding resident impressions.

Ideal candidates have a strong customer-focused orientation, a proven supervisory track record, and the ability to coordinate scheduling, safety, and budget considerations across sites. Weekend or holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years general maintenance, with at least 2 years in apartment maintenance.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal and CAMT certifications required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more communities and supervise the maintenance team.
• Schedule maintenance activities including make-readies and service requests.
• Prioritize service requests and manage emergencies.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance on appliances and equipment.
• Complete records in OneSite for service requests and make-ready.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and mentoring maintenance staff.
• Monitor safety hazards and ensure compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budgets.
