Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of multifamily community systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and elevators. You will lead a maintenance team, manage costs, schedule projects, and deliver exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in facilities maintenance within multifamily or hospitality, with advanced skills in at least two trades and EPA universal certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades beyond basic maintenance.
• EPA Universal Certification is required; CPO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, specifications, budget, schedule, materials and equipment for maintenance projects.
• Pre-diagnose and troubleshoot building systems to guide repairs.
• Lead maintenance team scheduling, duties and performance.
• Oversee work orders, unit turns, and high-quality resident service.
• Maintain inventory of basic tools and cost-effective supply usage.
• Ensure safety compliance and operation procedures are followed.
• Respond to on-call service requests and emergencies.
• Present professional appearance aligned with company image.
