Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Area Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facilities and maintenance across our portfolio. You will collaborate with Regional Property Managers and Construction Managers to plan and execute goals, leading a team with creativity and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires 8+ years in Multihousing/Hospitality maintenance, strong HVAC/plumbing skills, and a proactive leadership style. Expect a schedule Mon–Fri 9–6 with some weekend work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance within Multifamily or Hospitality.
• HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, etc. skills.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem solving, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curb appeal, make-ready units, and policy compliance.
• Manage inventory control and on-site inspections.
• Lead maintenance teams; mentor staff and support career paths.
• Coordinate capital projects with Regional Property Manager and Construction teams.
• Prepare properties for marketing and disposition and support green initiatives.
