Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee internal and external apartment community systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevators, and more. The role requires leading a team to resolve escalated issues and drive continuous process improvement, using creativity and cost-effectiveness.

This on-site position emphasizes strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on maintenance skills, with on-call rotation and a schedule from 8:00

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of facilities maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances and basic maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Set scope, specifications, budget, and execution plans for maintenance projects.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and safety compliance across buildings.
• Develop maintenance team through scheduling, duties, and performance feedback.
• Direct maintenance work orders and unit turns with strong customer service.
• Perform pre-diagnosis and troubleshoot building systems.
