Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and safety compliance.
• Experience in maintenance and carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor safety, budgets and compliance with company policies and laws.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general repair duties.
• Inspect property, coordinate with vendors and mentor maintenance team.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
