Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations at our Denver property. You will ensure upkeep, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating service requests and unit turns.

In this role you will supervise a maintenance team, respond to emergencies, manage budgets, and uphold our standards of cleanliness and curb appeal for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee service requests, unit turns, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with property manager on emergencies and on-call coverage.
• Monitor maintenance costs to stay within budget and report variances.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety and risk management.
