Job summary

Marquette Management is seeking a Multi-Site Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple communities in Illinois, focusing on asset preservation, safety, and resident service. You will oversee preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations, budgeting, and vendor management to drive service excellence and protect property value.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations across multiple communities to preserve asset value and safety.
Oversee preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations and compliance.
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service delivery to residents.
Partner with Property Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, and ownership to meet company objectives.
Develop and mentor maintenance teams to ensure accountability and consistency across the portfolio.
Ensure safety compliance and quality standards across all sites.
