Job summary

Marquette Management is seeking a Multi-Site Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple communities in the Lake Bluff, IL area. The role focuses on asset preservation, safety, performance, and financial success while driving resident satisfaction.

You will manage preventative maintenance, renovations, budgeting, and vendor relationships, mentoring teams and ensuring consistency across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across multiple communities to ensure safety, performance, and asset preservation.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations, budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and operational standards.
• Drive resident satisfaction and protect property value through proactive maintenance and service delivery.
• Develop and mentor maintenance teams; promote accountability and consistency across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, and ownership to meet company objectives.

The Multi-Site Service Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations across multiple communities, ensuring the long-term preservation, safety, performance, and financial success of each asset. This role oversees preventative maintenance, capital projects, renovations, budgeting, vendor management, compliance, and operational standards while driving resident satisfaction and protecting property value.

As a strategic leader, the Multi-Site Service Manager develops and mentors maintenance teams, promotes accountability and consistency across the portfolio, and partners with Property Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, and ownership to achieve company objectives. Success is measured through asset condition, budget performance, service delivery, team development, safety compliance, project execution, and overall portfolio maintenance performance.
