Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead leadership development and site excellence across a dynamic portfolio of North American distribution centers. You will coach field leaders in the role, working hands-on with site teams to raise maintenance standards and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate develops people, strengthens operations, and leaves sites measurably better than found.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance; salaried leaders.
• Regional/multi-site maintenance leadership with 80+ employees.
• Proven track record of leading change and driving performance.
• Knowledge of MHE, maintenance best practices, 24/7 logistics.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across the network to assess gaps and drive corrective action.
• Establish and enforce maintenance standards to protect assets.
• Conduct Health Check audits and QA reviews across sites.
• Mentor Senior Maintenance Managers and area leaders in leadership development.
• Provide budgeting, workforce management, KPI interpretation, and escalation training to leaders.
• Develop talent pipelines to ensure continuity of performance.
