Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing with mechanical or electrical experience, including familiarity with conveyors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing with mechanical/electrical experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
• Experience with automated conveyors systems and controls is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site maintenance team and supervise area maintenance managers.
• Develop and manage maintenance plans, budgets, and cost analyses with Finance.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and audited across sites.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
