Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Manager for on-site duties in Gouldsboro, PA. You will lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates, supervise managers, and ensure a safe working environment while driving preventive maintenance programs and capital plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, 5+ years in distribution/manufacturing, and experience with CMMS, conveyors, and industrial electrical controls. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Five+ years’ experience in the distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent experience in the mechanical or electrical field.
Experience with automated conveyors systems and controls; electrical/electronic principles; reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
Experience with CMMS programs and preventive maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with industrial electrical, controls, electronics and NEC standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-site maintenance team and supervise Area Maintenance Managers.
Develop innovative maintenance solutions, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies.
Plan, track and manage projects, deadlines and departmental goals.
Collaborate with Safety, Operations, Engineering and senior management; supervise budgeting and cost analyses.
Travel up to 20% and promote strong housekeeping and safety practices.
