Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management-level Logistics Field Operations leader at the designated location to oversee day-to-day transportation needs and coordinate with other site leaders across teams.

This role emphasizes mentoring, safety, and performance management, with a requirement of 2+ years leading people and 3+ years in logistics or supply chain; DOT compliance knowledge; and CDL driver supervision. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading CDL drivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations.
• Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
• Review routes and coordinate with planning to address issues.
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning.
• Ensure safety standards and GEMBA walks are conducted.
• Coordinate inventory movement and shifts to meet business needs.
